“Feels like home”
We’ve been staying at Shangri-La Dubai for the first time, the hotel and the staff were just incredible. Super suite with interconnecting room for the kids. Great service and attention to detail. Special mention to Mahmud who helped everyone during the situation and came back from home to support clients at the hotel.
