Super courteous when the hotel was empty. Restaurant and pool staff remained very friendly and efficient as they could be as things got busier. Clearly the hotel had been overbooked as we were hounded by constant calls from the front desk trying to make us check out early, despite having agreed a late check out when we checked in.
