“Amazing stay and easily one of the best hotels we’ve been to.”
As expected, this was probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Iconic, gorgeous pool and rooms
Service was hit and miss, service with an attitude and when paying 2000 USD a night I would expect service to be outstanding, during breakfast often I was not greeted but said want coffee? and others were greeted etc, so do think service levels are equal to everyone

Bath amenities are not plentiful or as high end as I would expect Bath water stopper didn’t work No signature scent to the hotel - surprising they haven’t considered that as a branding opportunity 45 minute delay to check in (past 3pm) with no goodwill offer other than a sorry…..
