The most exception front desk team and a wonderful room made for an excellent stay. The superb roof terrace and breakfast service were added bonuses.

Had lunch at the Rooftop bar and what it was supposed to be a good experience/moment end the opposite. One dish didn't come the way I requested and the other come with a problem like bacteria or other situation. The person eating this dish was sick for more than 12 hours. After complaining, nexr day, they did not take any responsibility for this situation.

Pre the visit I had lots of contact with the reception planning a day of tourism and eating in Lisbon and they were very helpful in sorting out excellent restaurants and a tuktuk tour.
